The NOW customer portal is a great way to check the details of your NOW account.

Please access the customer portal from HERE.


Every customer has a portal logon, and it was emailed to you upon sign-up.

Once you have logged into the NOW customer portal you will see the different sections:


Home:

This shows a snapshot of your current broadband and calling usage.


Broadband:

Here you can see the current broadband usage, as well as history for previous months.

You can also set your WiFi Users here or change your data allowance.


Calling:

In the calling area you can see a breakdown of calls and related charges.

Calling records are also available by clicking 'View monthly calls'.


Billing:

All things billing related are kept here. You can see a breakdown of charges, past bills, recent payments and more.


Hosting:

If you have a nowmail email address, you are update to change the password here.


Account:

If you need to update your email address or contact phone number, feel free to do it on the account page.
