The answer technically is yes and no.
If you opt for a phoneline when connecting services with NOW, we will connect a phoneline using the best method possible.
There are many ways to connect phonelines now, including over a fibre optic network, through an ATA, or through copper into your home.
In some scenarios, we will need to choose a VoIP (Voice over IP) solution to deliver a phoneline to your home.
This operates on our network, and is charged normally.
As a customer you are free to connect your own third party VoIP system.
A great example of this is Skype calling. However, we do not support third party equipment connecting to our voice servers.
