What is voicemail?
NOW offers a voicemail service to customers with a landline.
After a set amount of rings, your calls will transfer to our voicemail service where the caller can leave you a message.

By default, we will email you a voicemail notification which also includes the message as an attachment.
This means you can listen to the message even if you are not at home.

How do I use voicemail?
From your NOW landline, dial 081122. This will take you right in to your voicemail without having to enter a number.
This is because we recognize the number you are calling from. If you call from another landline, or from a mobile, it will ask you to enter your landline number, followed by a PIN.

If you have forgotten or do not know your PIN, please get in touch with us.

When you first access the voicemail platform, you will need to set a custom greeting. This will be played to callers when you miss their call.

How do I know if someone has left me a voice message?
Your phone will beep before you hear dialtone. This isn't a fault on your line, rather us letting you know to check your voice messages.
If your phone supports a message indicator, it may also display a voicemail light / message on the handset.

We will also send you an email with the voice message attached. If you do not want this feature enabled, please get in touch with us and we can remove the feature.

How do I call NOW's voicemail from overseas?
Easy! Just dial +64 6 650 0000 instead of the national 081122 number.
