Changing your NOW portal password is easy!


It can be changed when you are logged into Portal, or through our 'Password Reset' form.

You will be required to enter the current password and a new one.




To change your password if you cannot log into our Portal, click 'forgot my password' when trying to log in.
Enter your account ID and your registered email address, then click 'Do it!'.

Instructions will be emailed to your registered email address.
