When you connect services with NOW and they are delivered by an ADSL connection, it can take up to 2 weeks.

This time is due to third party providers such as Chorus needing time to provision and connect your address.

It also gives us time to set your account up, and courier out a router if you have bought one.

We want to keep you in the loop, so we will send you two SMS messages.

The first message will advise you of the scheduled date for your connection, and the second will be sent when your connection is good to go.

If you are switching from another provider to NOW, you will be able to continue to use your current services.
