VDSL uses the same copper line that provides ADSL2+ services, but it can achieve much faster speeds. The most noticeable difference for most users is the increase in upload speed.

VDSL speeds can range from 15-70Mb/s (Download) and 5-10Mb/s (Upload).
ADSL2+ speeds can range from 7-15Mb/s (Download) and 0.7-1.2Mb/s (Upload).
If you would like to check and see if your address is able to connect VDSL, check on the Chorus website

Getting VDSL installed may require a site visit by a technician, and / or extra costs.
