If you are having trouble sending or receiving emails, follow our checklist to try and identify the problem.

1:   Is your device connected to the internet?

Email requires a working internet connection, so check your WiFi network / cable to make sure your internet connection is OK.

Try checking if you can browse the internet on the same device.

2:   Has your password been changed or entered incorrectly?

A good way to check is to open a web browser and go to our webmail platform HERE.

If you cannot log onto our webmail, you may need to change your email password.

If you can log onto our webmail, it could be an issue with how your device is set up. Check our email settings HERE.

3:   Is your email address a nowmail email account?

If not, you may want to check with the company that provides your email account.

4:   Are you trying to send mail from overseas?
