If you are a new customer:
During the signup process, a sales rep / online form will ask you if you require a NOW router.
If you require one, we will prepare and arrange a courier to deliver this to you.

Routers are sent so they arrive a few days before your connection so you are not held up.
Depending on the time of the month, it may mean you get an invoice for the router before your connection is live.

Router payments can be split over 6 months if needed, and the router cost includes a tracked courier delivery to your address.
