As the fibre installer is installing a brand new line into your home, it is important you are available at home for both the scope and install appointments.

If you cannot make either the scope appointment or the install appointment, you will need to let your fibre provider know.
The fibre provider (such as Chorus, Unison Fibre or UltraFast Fibre) should have given you contact information when the fibre process started.
